These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with services provided by Mohindera Arts ("we", "us", or "our"), including graphic design, printing, signage, LED boards, and related services. By requesting a quotation, placing an order, approving designs, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.
By submitting an order, making payment, or communicating with us regarding services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
Mohindera Arts provides professional services including:
All quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 7–15 days) and are estimates subject to final specifications and material costs. A binding contract is formed only upon written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any required advance payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and timely information and materials; (b) respond promptly to design proofs and revision requests; (c) obtain all necessary permissions for third-party content, trademarks, or images provided; and (d) ensure timely payments as agreed.
Standard payment structure: 40–50% advance upon order confirmation, with the balance due before delivery or installation. For design-only projects, milestone-based payments may apply. Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or reasonable interest charges. All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
A reasonable number of revision rounds (typically 2–3) are included in quoted prices. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard rate. Final written approval of design proofs (via email or WhatsApp) constitutes acceptance of the work. We are not responsible for errors discovered after final approval. You are responsible for proofreading all text and content.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved designs for the specific purpose and territory agreed upon. We retain all rights to preliminary concepts, source files, templates, and unused designs. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, material availability, client approvals, or unforeseen events. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. For installation services, you must ensure safe site access. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
We perform services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. Physical products carry a workmanship warranty as stated in the quotation (typically 6–12 months for signage/LED, subject to proper use and maintenance). This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God. Minor color and print variations are inherent to production processes.
Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Orders may be cancelled only with our prior written consent. You will remain liable for all work completed, materials procured, and reasonable costs incurred up to the cancellation date. No refunds are provided for custom-designed or produced items once production has commenced or final approval is given. Scope changes after confirmation may result in revised pricing and timelines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab. We encourage good-faith discussion to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We may update these Terms periodically; continued engagement after updates constitutes acceptance. Notices may be sent via email or WhatsApp to the details you have provided.
